Hey folks!  Christmas is nearly upon us.  I can’t believe it’s less than a week away.   I hope you all get the chance to check out It All Starts With A Smile.  It’s a gorgeous sim perfect for taking photos.  You can get rez rights for your poses and props by joining the group for a nominal fee.  My prop is from Something New.  It’s a common gacha item that you can play for at the Gacha Good Winterfest.  I’m wearing a super cute, toast warm outfit from Entice which I paired with some boots from Reign that I from a prior release.  My festive rings, which you can pick up at the current round of The Chapter Four, are new from Elise and come complete with a color change HUD with alpha capabilities.   I am wearing eyeshadow and lip color from alaskametro, which are both brand new for the current round of On9.  I am wearing gorgeous nail appliers from Dark Passions for the final round of Genre.   I hope you all get out there and shop all the wonderful events and sales going on across the grid and stay warm during this holiday season!  Until next time…

Hey folks!  Winter is upon us!  The cold weather is here and with that comes runny noses and sniffles which is exactly what I’m feeling right now.  Thankfully I have a great outfit from Wicca’s Wardrobe to keep me toasty warm.  The cute dress comes complete with matching jacket and leggings.  I paired the outfit with a recent boot release from Entice.  I won this Wasabi Pills hair on my recent trip to the Arcade, doesn’t it fit the look perfectly?!?  I’m wearing some adorable bento rings from Elise which you can grab at The Chapter Four in the Under $100L room.  They come complete with color change hud with alpha option.   I hope you like this quick look and stay warm!  Let’s all get out there and support these amazing designers and events of Second Life!!  Until next time…

Cabin in the Woods

The last few days have been an emotional roller coaster for me.  When I got this cabin gacha set from Black Tulip, my heart just melted and my eyes welled up with tears because I knew exactly what I wanted to do with it.  You see, a few nights ago, we lost my great aunt.  She and I have always been super close, well, our entire family has always been really close.  She and I, however had a special bond.  When I was little, she along with my granny, her sister, were my sunday school teachers.  We would sit at home in the late evenings with the windows open wide singing songs of praise that carried out into the night air and my great aunt and granny would tell me about the family homeplace that was centered around a cabin in the woods.  There were 16 children born to my great grandparents.  Imagine living through the 1920s & 1930s with that many kids in a 4 room cabin in the middle of the woods miles from town with nothing more than a horse drawn buggy for transportation.  My great aunt is the last one of those 16 children to pass on.  She will be laid to rest Thursday.  With that said, I dedicate this post to her.  May your path to heaven be lit with the glow of a thousand stars and the voices of as many angels.  May you find your way to the golden roads and mansions with ease.  May you rejoice with all our loved ones in those songs of praise you taught me all those years ago.  I love you and I miss you.  Until we meet again.

Hey folks!  I have a cute cyberpunk look for you today!  I based this entire look on these great headphones from *elise*!  They come with a color change hud with resizer.  They are a new mainstore release.  The rings I’m wearing, I’m showcasing for the second time, they are also from *elise* and can be found at the current round of The Chapter Four.  You will also find a matching necklace and bracelet there with the rings!  All three pieces come with a texture change hud with resizer.  My beautiful nail appliers from Dark Passions – Koffin Nails can be found at the current round of Genre.  They have a lovely Moroccan design and come in a gold and silver set hud.

Daddy’s Nauti Girl

A spotlight all my own…

Hey folks!  I have been away for the past week, after a short vacation to the inlaws for the 4th of July weekend, I am now out of  town in another direction with my brother in the hospital.  He is having lung surgery today, so any prayers and warm thoughts are super appreciated!  I’ve been trying to work on a blog post to keep my mind busy while up here.  The net is not that great, but I’ve got it done!  I am still amazed by the update on the Belleza body!  Freya is definitely my favorite!  Coming to the grid in the next couple days is Hair Fair 2015!!!  You will find this gorgeous hair from Blueberry there, along with the the forehead jewelry at Blueberry’s booth there!  Just Because continues to baffle me with amazing release after amazing release, this top is no exception!  Details..people..details, look at those details!  Serenity Style has release this cute lil dressing room set which I find perfect for any backstage set up!   I hope you enjoy what I’ve put together for you!

7 Deadly Skins has a lovely offering at the Event @ 1st!  I absolutely adore the face on this skin.  It’s so cute!  As is usual, I am wearing my Belleza Venus Mesh Body with the compatible applier from 7 Deadly!  Just last night, I grabbed the new release eyes from Ikon, they are stunning!!  I think they really compliment the 7DS skin!  My gorgeous hair, which has a fluffly ponytail that I absolutely love is by Mina for the current round of Chap 4!   The On9 event is in full swing and that is exactly where you will find these way too cute nail appliers from Wicked Peach!  My aweseome top and shorts, both awesome works of art are by Addams and available at the current round of Collabor88!!  The super sexy shoes you see are from Livalle and were the Fifty Linden Friday offering this week.   The Yummy necklace I picked up from the Arcade Gacha Event is the perfect finishing touch to this outfit!

Alone in my room…

Hey folks!  This is a big one!  So bear with me and I promise it’ll be worth it!  First the look!  I am showing you the upcoming May GG from 7DS!  It’s gorgeous, but you have to wait til May 1 to go grab it!  While you wait, if you haven’t already swing by the mainstore and grab the April GG which is just as gorgeous as this one!  My eyes are from Hudson Clothing Co and simply beautiful!  What girl can resist Hot Rod Flames on her nails??  The are from Dark Passion for 100 Block which ends on the 30th!!  You will also find this cute little corset from The Little Bat at 100 Block!  My absolutely CUTE skirt is from bubble for The Black Fashion Fair, where you will find these lovely shoes from Essenz!  Fetch made this super adorable Unicorn Tears necklace for the Wayward Hunt, which btw is a totally FREEEE hunt!  The sweet Yummy ring and the every gorgeous RealEvil watch are two of my favorite “go to” pieces from my inventory!  I used the lovely 42nd St editorial pose set from KaTink for this post.  Now on to the decor!  My goodness this scene kept growning on me!  This awesome skybox is a rare gacha prize from HAIKEI for The Seasons Story.  I am an absolute sucker for a good skybox!  Let’s take a moment and talk about this fun, colorful bedroom set from Sway’s!  The colors are absolutely gorgeous and just happy!  I love how the bookshelf is also a headboard for the bed!!!  These awesome topiary plats are just gorgeous!  I’m they will be recurring roles in future blogposts!  The cute little black fur rug from Urban Daisies is part of set that was release for The Black Fashion Fair, which you will see more of the set in my next post, so be sure to stay tuned!  The super cute neon flower sign from Hopscotch and the beautiful dreamer sign from Casita are 2 more items I found on the Wayward Hunt!  My little doggie is from the Little Chi Gacha by Birdy at this round of Chapter 4, which btw, ends Saturday!!  My fierce cat is a new release from StoraxTree available Friday at the fi*Friday outlet!  I added a little stool and a couple ceramic pots from the xin gacha at The Season’s Story!  I tossed in a few other older items from my invy to round out the look.  I hope you enjoy this look and scene that I’ve put together for you!  Make to get out there support our amazing designers of Second Life!!  Until next time…
