Hey folks!  Christmas is nearly upon us.  I can’t believe it’s less than a week away.   I hope you all get the chance to check out It All Starts With A Smile.  It’s a gorgeous sim perfect for taking photos.  You can get rez rights for your poses and props by joining the group for a nominal fee.  My prop is from Something New.  It’s a common gacha item that you can play for at the Gacha Good Winterfest.  I’m wearing a super cute, toast warm outfit from Entice which I paired with some boots from Reign that I from a prior release.  My festive rings, which you can pick up at the current round of The Chapter Four, are new from Elise and come complete with a color change HUD with alpha capabilities.   I am wearing eyeshadow and lip color from alaskametro, which are both brand new for the current round of On9.  I am wearing gorgeous nail appliers from Dark Passions for the final round of Genre.   I hope you all get out there and shop all the wonderful events and sales going on across the grid and stay warm during this holiday season!  Until next time…

Lost in Translation

Hey folks!!  I have a great look for you tonight..I’ve been trying to get this look together for a couple days, then I realized why it was taking time.  I received a last minute blog package from elise, which was this amazing eyepatch, that when completely perfect with the look!  As if that wasn’t perfect enough, alaskametro came through with her blog pack with skin, makeup and stockings that all fit in perfect!  The outfit I am wearing is from Wicca’s Wardrobe, I am wearing the body suit version with the boots, it also comes in the version with the full length legs.  My tattoo is from Shinu Made.  I am really liking all the tats I’ve been receiving from this designer!  My horns are from Plastik, I’m wearing the cute version from the pack.  They can be found at the Salem event.  My necklace and bento rings, also from Plastik can be nabbed at the current round of C88!  Alaskametro has really knocked out of the park with this skin and makeup gacha set.  You will find this gacha at the On9 event.   The stockings im wearing are also from alaskametro and can be found at the current round of Applique.  My main pose is a halloween pose from Something New called Beam Me Up!  The editorial Poses are from Imitation and are the current group gift called Lilith.  I hope you enjoy this look and get out there support these amazing designers and events of Second Life!

Lessons Learned

Hey folks!  I have a great look for you today!  I am featuring a few things from Rock Your Rack, which starts in a few days, you can check out all the info for this event on my post where I featured the Press Release here:  Rock Your Rack Press Release @ Momma’s Style

I’m wearing a sexy dress from Chiffon which  is a 50% donation item and comes in several colors.  My shoes and clutch are the hunt items for the event also from Chiffon.  I am wearing new bento rings from elise, also for Rock Your Rack, they come with a color change hud that also had an alpha option allowing you to alpha out individual rings.  I am wearing eyeshadow and lip color from alaskametro which is a prior release that I have showed you before, but I just can’t seem to get away from this designer!  My nails are from Dark Passions and you can grab them at the current round of Genre til Oct 11! Dancing Alone

Hey folks! I have a quick lil post for you tonight!  Rock Your Rack opens in just a few days! It’s a charity event that you can learn more about on my press release post here: Rock Your Rack Press Release

There will lots of things going at this event, the shopping is only a small portion, so be sure to check out the press release and learn about all facets of this event!  The dress I’m wearing is one that will be featured from Luxe at Rock Your Rack, it comes in fits for all major mesh body sizes as well as standard bodies with an alpha layer.  I’m wearing some great artistic shoes from Wicca’s Wardrobe, which you can pick up at the current round on On9. The come in a few different colors or a fatpack with a hud with all the colors!  I’m wearing eyeshadow and lip color from alaskametro which is a prior release, one of my favorites.  I thought the super dark purple lip color pair perfectly with the dress.  I showed you these nail appliers in my last post, but I had to show them again in a different color.  They are from Dark Passions – Koffin Nails and named after my fiance, Namrah!  They are truly a special nail applier!  The lace detail is perfect for the dress from Luxe.  I’m wearing the brand new hair from Truth that is available at the new round of Uber!  I hope you enjoy this look I’ve put together!  Until next time…

Unconventional Friendship

That summer sweet summer…

Hey Folks!  I have a special post for you tonight.  I would like to focus on a fundraising effort for an amazing young lady.  Heather Crawford know in Second Life as Lexi Zelin, creator and owner of AngelRed Couture, is in a fight, a fight for her life!  She had been diagnosed with Stage 3 Hodgkin’s Lymphoma.  It truly breaks my heart to hear of her story.  Some of her peers in SL have come together to create The Lexi Project, a fundraising event to provide financial support to Lexi as she battles this war with cancer.  Please, be sure to visit the event and shop knowing 100% of ALL proceeds will go to her!  You can read more about The Lexi Project on the official Lexi Project Blog.

Sweet Perfection…

Hey folks!  I have a few new things to share with you today!  Let’s start with the dress and shoes.  They are from Manik Queen and, lets just say..cuteness on point!  The dress is fitted mesh.  I wearing it on Belleza Venus v3 body which was easy to mod a little to make the dress fit.  I couldn’t for the life of me  get it to fit on the Belleza Freya or Isis.  I’m betting you could easily get it to fit other mesh bodies, just be sure to get a demo first, always!  The shoes…these amazing lil shoes on my sexy lil belleza feet..can we say shoegasm?  You can grab the dress and shoes at Manik Queens mainstore!  While we are on the subject of Manik Queen, be sure to hit up the Manik Queen/!nfinity Summer Sale! Click over to Seraphim for full details!  It runs til Jul 26!!  I took myself out on a shopping spree yesterday in search for some new skin and such.  I ended up at essences and found this gorgeous FREE skin!  Of course I had the purchase the Belleza body appliers.  They were affordable enough though!  All tones in one hud for $399L.  I grabbed the smaller necklace at the IDK Event.  Its super cute and comes from BAMSE.  The longer necklace is from Pomposity and you will find it at the current round of Suicide Dollz.  Its really pretty, so don’t miss it!  I love these new poses from Verocity.  They are so fun!  While out looking for a place to take a piccy, I found this super adorable sim called Cupcake Island.  They have a lot of fun things and shops too!  The place is completely PG and 100% family friendly!  I am definitely adding it to my list of places to take the kiddos!  I hope you enjoy what I’ve put together here and get out there and support these superbly talented designers!!!

A spotlight all my own…

Hey folks!  I have been away for the past week, after a short vacation to the inlaws for the 4th of July weekend, I am now out of  town in another direction with my brother in the hospital.  He is having lung surgery today, so any prayers and warm thoughts are super appreciated!  I’ve been trying to work on a blog post to keep my mind busy while up here.  The net is not that great, but I’ve got it done!  I am still amazed by the update on the Belleza body!  Freya is definitely my favorite!  Coming to the grid in the next couple days is Hair Fair 2015!!!  You will find this gorgeous hair from Blueberry there, along with the the forehead jewelry at Blueberry’s booth there!  Just Because continues to baffle me with amazing release after amazing release, this top is no exception!  Details..people..details, look at those details!  Serenity Style has release this cute lil dressing room set which I find perfect for any backstage set up!   I hope you enjoy what I’ve put together for you!
