The Summer Life

Heading to the Beach

This will be my last post for a bit..unless I get bored on my vacation.  I really doubt that will happen.  I am, just as the title of this post says, heading to the beach!  I’m spending three weeks in sunny Florida!  I am so excited to have some much needed R&R.  I hope no one dumps ice on me like Effy did above, thanks to the new pose from Something coming June 12th to the TWE12VE event.  I do hope for some quiet time for reflection as in this pose below, also from Something New for the same event.  Scroll on down for credits.  I hope you like this post and get out there and support these amazing designers!

Memories of Momma’s Porch

Urban Cutie

Hey y’all!!  The Thrift Shop 16.0 is in full swing!  There are so many great things to be had at this event!!  My outfit is a combination of three designers’ offerings for the event.  My top is from Justice and is super adorbs and fits the mesh body well!  The adorable capris are from perch, I absolutely adore them, however with my mesh body set at the sizes that I am, there was a bit of clipping at the waist..so definitely grab a demo first!  My lace sneakers are from stelloane an super cute cute cute!!!  Also at this installment of The Thrift Shop, you will some poses from Something New, I’m showing you just one of the poses from the Female Hoverboard set and yes, the mesh hoverboard IS included with the posepack!  Well, what are ya waiting for??  Goooo! Momma’s Back – Whaaaa?!??!

Well, hi there!!  Yes, you read that right!  Momma is back on Momma’s Style!  After joining my daughter on her blogsite for about 6 months, I got a lil burnt out and focused on other things, taking a year or so off from blogging.  I missed it so much, so here I am back to bring you what I love!  I hope you enjoy what I’ve done and please bare with me as I get back into the swing of things and relearn wordpress!  It’s changed a bit since I last blogged!  Here is a look I put together from things you can find at The Thrift Shop 16.0 by Depraved Events, Uber and The 2017 Home and Garden Expo!

I am wearing the new Logo Quinn Bento Mesh head, which by the way is still in Beta, but keep your eyes open for the release!  I am using Pink Fuel’s Kiyomi Logo applier that originally created for Logo’s Alex, but I feel it looks perfect on Quinn.   The eyes I’m wearing are from GA.EG and I am completely in love with the customizing ability they offer!  This new Truth hair is so my style!  Truth just changed their color packs and added styling huds!   They are sooo amazing!   The outfit I’m wearing can be found at The Thrift Shop, the top from Tooty Fruiti and the baggy jeans from sass.
